About the Villa
Our beautiful villa is located in an elevated position on the outskirts of the village of Bedar, 20 minutes drive from the beaches of Mojacar, Vera and Garrucha.
The villa, which stands in over 2 acres of hillside, offers extensive panoramic views, to the sea and the mountains.
The villa was built in 2005 to a high specification and is furnished and equipped to a high standard to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
The accommodation comprises: main bedroom with double bed and en-suite on the first floor. There are two, twin bedded rooms on the ground floor with a large lounge/diner, kitchen and utility room. The bathroom/wc also has a shower. The kitchen has built in appliances - cooker, fridge/freezer (with ice cube maker), microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Also included is a kettle, toaster and cafetiere.
There is a television and DVD player in the lounge.
We have adjustable sun loungers so you can enjoy the Spanish sun by the pool and patio table and chairs for al fresco eating.
Whether you are looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday or you want space for the children to enjoy themselves and let off steam after another exciting day - this is the villa for you! In the evenings after a perfect day come home to the perfect sunset. Sit around our secluded south east facing pool and enjoy the local wildlife as they go about their business.
There are miles of country walks to enjoy with orange and lemon groves nearby.
Bedar is located just 45 minutes from Almeria airport, which has daily flights from Gatwick (Excelair, Monarch, MyTravel, Easyjet), Luton (Monarch), Stansted (Easyjet, Ryanair), Birmingham (MyTravellite) and Manchester.
